Grape Varieties:
65 % Grenache noir.
35 % syrah.
Soils:
On the Luberon slopes. Sandy limestone.
Vinification:
Selected harvests mid-September.
Short maceration period: 6 to 8 hours.
Bled - static racking.
Low temperature-controlled vinification (16°C).
Ageing at low temperature under neutral atmosphere to preserve the aromas and colour.
Character:
Lovely limpid cherry robe.
The nose is intense, with aromas of wild red fruit.
In the mouth, this wine is rich and round, expressing a true finesse; a slight beadiness
only heightens its aromatic qualities.
